An internship in the Office of Congressman Josh Riley offers a hands-on introduction to the legislative process and the day-to-day work of a congressional office. From policy research and constituent services to attending briefings and hearings, every day presents new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. It's a fast-paced, high-impact experience that builds lifelong skills, sharpens your understanding of government, and opens doors to a future in public service or beyond.
Our offices are now accepting applications for in-person internship opportunities for Fall 2025. Internship dates span from August - December 2025.
Please complete and submit this google form to apply for an internship in one of our offices. Ensure that you have your cover letter and resume ready to upload at the end of this form. Submitting these documents is required.
- Applications for the Washington D.C. Office will close on July 18th.
- Applications for the Leeds and Binghamton Office will be reviewed on July 18th and then accepted on a rolling basis.
