Congressman Josh Riley (NY-19) has joined a bipartisan coalition to introduce the Ending Trading and Holdings in Congressional Stocks (ETHICS) Act, landmark legislation to prohibit Members of Congress, their spouses, and their dependent children from owning or trading individual stocks, securities, commodities, or futures. Joining Congressman Riley in introducing the bill were Reps. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), Michael Cloud (R-TX), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Joe Neguse (D-CO), and Jen Kiggans (R-VA).

Congressman Josh Riley (NY‑19) has formally intervened as a party in New York State Electric & Gas company’s rate cases (Nos. 25-E-0375, 25-G-0378) to fight back on behalf of the hundreds of thousands of Upstate New Yorkers he represents, as the utility seeks another rate hike. Riley is demanding transparency, accountability, and relief for families already burdened by rising utility costs.

U.S. Representative Josh Riley announced today that he is co-leading the Agricultural & Rural Road Improvement Program (ARRIP), a major infrastructure initiative included in the upcoming Highway Reauthorization Bill. This proposal, introduced alongside Congressman Mike Bost (IL), aims to unlock $275 million annually in federal highway funds to repair and enhance rural roads and bridges critical to farmers and agricultural industries.
